These therapies offer supportive, evidence-based help for people who are finding life especially difficult right now, whether due to anxiety, low mood, past trauma, grief, stress, or feeling overwhelmed.
If you're struggling to cope or finding it hard to manage day-to-day, these approaches provide a safe, confidential space to talk things through, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to heal.
CBT focuses on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, giving you practical tools to feel more in control. While coaching is best suited to those who are functioning well and ready to focus on goals, counselling and CBT are here for when things feel heavy, stuck, or emotionally painful, offering support, insight and a path forward.
Sessions last for 45 minutes and are ideally held weekly at the same time to give you consistent, reliable support. Sessions are held via Zoom and cost £45 which is payable in advance.
