We would start with a 30-minute free online consultation to discuss your situation. It's also our chance to see how we feel we'd work together, and for you to decide if you're ready to get started. We'll then agree a way forward and schedule our sessions.
After that, your weekly sessions will be around 45 minutes long, ideally held at the same time/day each week to give you consistency. Sessions are held via Zoom and are completely confidential. If you struggle with technology, don't worry, we'll figure out a way that works for you that isn't stressful!
Sessions are relaxed, safe and calming. I do not judge, or make assumptions - I'm here to listen, support and guide you towards a place where you feel heard, lighter, brighter and optimistic about the future x
