Coaching helps you to pinpoint the area(s) of your life where you'd like to achieve more and gives you the tools to shift your behaviour, perspective and ways of thinking so that you can have the things that you so desire.

Although coaching and counselling both serve to help you overcome difficulties, they have a different focus:
Counselling is coping orientated and focuses on understanding and healing emotional trauma and pain carried through from past experiences and events. A counsellor or psychotherapist will help you to recognise how you feel and help you to develop coping strategies so that you can move forward.
Coaching is action orientated and is focussed on identifying goals and what you’d like from your future. Most coaches will deliver their services via a structured programme. A coach will help you to recognise what you truly think and will give you the insight and tools needed to improve your mental and physical well-being.

We would start with a 30-minute free online consultation to discuss your situation. It's also our chance to see how we feel we'd work together, and for you to decide if you're ready to get started. We'll then agree a way forward and schedule our weekly sessions.
After that, your weekly sessions will be around 45 minutes long, ideally held at the same time/day each week to give you consistency. Sessions are held via Zoom and are completely confidential. If you struggle with technology, don't worry, we'll figure out a way that works for you that isn't stressful!
Sessions are relaxed, safe and calming. I do not judge, or make assumptions - I'm here to listen, support and guide you towards a place where you feel heard, lighter, brighter and optimistic about the future x
